Welcome: An open letter from the, Trustee, Eric W. Madsen, to all new beneficiaries:
First, Welcome! and, Now, in order for us to best serve you let me share with you the most common questions
new beneficiaries ask us:
1. What are the Team Law benefits?
2. Where should I start studying?
3. What materials are available from Team Law for me to start learning what I need to learn? And,
4. What are you sending me as a new beneficiary?
Well let me answer these questions for you as best I can.
"What are the benefits?"
First, understand that Team Law is a service by request operation. If we were to send all of the information we have you'd get a couple of cases of paperwork and you'd likely never read any of it. The cost would be so prohibitive that we could not support it-so we don't.
Now, to the first question, "What are the benefits?"See Visitor's information: "What are Team Law's benefits?"
Start Studying
To answer the second question "Where should I start studying?", I must say begin at the beginning.
To find the beginning, I'd ask the questions: Where did you come from? What is your inheritance? What property do you own or possess? Who are you?
This nation was founded on the basics of the Bible. There, in the beginning, man was commanded to, "multiply, replenish, and subdue." Most people seem to forget the subdue part.
How can you fulfill the commandment if you don't know the answers to the questions before the last paragraph?
So that's where I would start to study.
Now, as far as Team Law goes, we discovered that the corporation known as, "THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" (founded in 1878) was quit claim deeded to the UNITED NATIONS (as noted in USC title 22 § 286) in 1944, and they declared outright war against the people of the United States of America in 1954. Over 300,000,000 people have already been killed in this war. This is the most dangerous war in the known history of mankind to date.
When you're at war it's important to know what your weapons are and how they're used.
It isn't a question of whether you will fight in this war or not. The question is, 'How will you fight?'. Will you timely learn the weapons of this war? The weapons a righteous man can use are: Law, Wealth, Politics, Psychological warfare, and Spiritual warfare.
Abraham's God given birthright was given to his son, Isaac. Who then gave that birthright to his son, Jacob, who's name was changed to, "Israel".
Now that's where we come in. Part of the birthright of Israel is that by the second coming of Christ all mankind would be of the house of Israel.
Further, Israel was promised that if they would keep the commandments of God and live the gospel, all that God has would be given to them.
With the birthright also comes responsibility and the promise that, if Israel was to turn away from the Gospel or away from their stewardship, then all that they have will be taken from them.
Now think about it. If all mankind is either of the house of Israel, living the law, and inheriting everything, or, they are they that have turned away from their inheritance in Israel and/or they are not living the Laws of God, and are therefore having their inheritance removed from them - then who will take away Israel's stewardship if Israel does not fulfill their side of the promised birthright? There are no other people left. There are however the creations of the people - Corporations!
That's right, Corporations.
People created corporations to limit their liabilities. When the people did not subdue their creation, the corporations subdued the people.
Giving that as the foundation of a beginning point of, "Where should you start studying?", the answer would then be:
Discover who and where you are.
The following questions may help
you in your path of discovery:
Are you of Israel?
What is your inheritance?
Do you think you own Land?
Do you have need of repentance?
Answer each of the questions and then resolve once and for all to stand firm in your realization that no matter what else you are Sovereign. According to Law, that (sovereignty) is your gift from God. Perfectly represented in your right to free agency-The right to think, choose, and act for your self.
As for me, Eric W. Madsen, it's my task in life to wake up Israel and to get Israel to stand up for their
inherent rights: to this land, to their families, to the law of this land (the Constitution), and to our God and King. I care not whether you follow a religion, or not. I know this nation was set under Christian Law, recognizing the Bible as foundation Law and you may worship in any religion you choose without prejudice against you so long as you do not trespass against another's rights.
In order to understand the Law, it is necessary to understand such a
foundation.
Now, where do you start your study of Law? I started with the acquisition of a copy of the most current edition as is possible of, Black's Law Dictionary.
Why the most current edition?
Because, if you want to beat a
system, especially a large very well established system, you must go within that system to beat it. You must be, "in the system and yet not of the system" (in the world and yet not of the world The Bible). In order for you to succeed in learning the law as it's applied in this land you must learn the meaning of words as they are used most commonly in law today.
Take Black's Law Dictionary and any legal document you may have relating to any case or other situation you're interested in and look up each and every word. I mean, look up even the most simple words you thought you knew the meanings of. I mean every word, even the simple words like: "a", "the", "that", "shall", etc.. And when you look a word up in the law dictionary, follow it through the sources you find there. For example: look up the word phrase "Certificate of title.", and you'll find:
"Certificate of title. Document evidencing ownership; commonly associated with the sale of motor vehicles. See also Insurance (Title insurance)."
That definition doesn't really define the term for me and it does give a "cite" for further research. Follow the cite as given, i.e. look up: "Insurance (Title insurance)." That means turn to "Insurance" and then look in the sub-part "Title insurance" and you'll find within that part this definition:
"A "certificate of title" furnished by such a company is merely the formally expressed professional opinion of the company's examiner that the title is the complete and perfect (or otherwise as stated), and the company is liable only for a want of care, skill, or diligence on the part of its examiner"
Now that's a definition that sheds some new light on the subject, but you're not done yet. Lets say you were dealing with an issue concerning a certificate of title, and a traffic ticket. Could you go just by the dictionary definition? No. There may be another definition defined in the statute itself. So we go look it up and find that in this case (in Colorado at least) there is no statutory definition for "Certificate of title", therefore the law dictionary definition stands and we now know that a "certificate of title" is merely, "title insurance".
This simple research example is a sample of why they call law, "code".
Once you begin doing the research, especially using Team Law as a guide, you'll find that the study of law is easy. The real key is get the book and start now.
Next I highly recommend that you acquire at least a copy of the local court rules for your State and Federal courts, preferably an annotated copy. This book will guide you through the rules and procedures in your local courts.
Now start in the court rules by using your Law Dictionary to look up everything you read and follow through the source materials noted. This is exactly how I did it at the recommendation of those who were already having competent successes.
Nothing beats success.
Now I'm recognized by many as one of the top paralegal researchers in the country. I started researching in this manner about three years ago, and today I rarely need to turn to the Law Dictionary.
Still today, whenever I see a word I'm not familiar with, as defined in Black's, I look it up.
Once you discover how the laws affect you as they are defined today it's a very good Idea to compare those laws, or more accurately "Statutes", with the Constitution.
Check out first if there is any mention of the type of issue you're working with in the Constitution. Then check to discover if there was ever any authority from the people to create such an authority to create such a statute in the constitution, if not then the servant has granted a power to others that the servant never had authority to grant in the first place. Such a granting is called: fraud; and, the resulting statute is void from its beginning (ab initio).
When you start studying the Constitution it is a very good Idea to acquire a dictionary appropriate to the time when the constitution was written. I use, Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1856 ), because Congress ruled that it is the only proper, "Dictionary of the Constitution".
That's about it. And that will give you a substantial start.
If you have a particular situation you are working with, and if you focus your study around that it will even more enhance your studies.
Remember Team Law is a self help operation. If you have a need in a particular area, and you ask us for help in that area we will send you what we have in that area and/or guide you as to how to obtain the best information in the quickest manner.
Materials:
The third question, "What materials are available from Team Law for me to start learning what I need to learn?", is nearly impossible to answer without knowing specifically what your situation is. However, again remember, if you call us we'll help to the greatest extent of our ability to help.
Your biggest asset in this war is you.
We can help you learn the Law. We can help you learn to act sovereign. We can help you win. Yet, we can't do anything for you if you don't put yourself in action and get to work. If you don't get to work you can count on it, you will be a casualty of this war. The only question is when will you either become a casualty or stand up with Israel and finish this war by winning.
Some people are dissatisfied with our service because they've never received anything from the Team. Of course they've never asked for anything so that doesn't surprise me. Or, they tried to get something from me that we don't have yet, and they weren't willing to get busy (and with our help) create it. Or, I wasn't in the office for a few weeks while I was out in the country setting up and training new teams.
I myself have a backlogged work load, I'm currently working on 20+ of my own cases (including about 300 total defendants), totaling about One and One-half Billion Dollars in civil damages due to me. We don't loose, so I expect to get ½ to ¼ of that amount paid directly to me in cash and/or property within the next two to three years.
If you like the numbers $250 - $500 million cash in your pocket or property in your control then, the bottom line is, you need to get to work.
It doesn't do you much good that I know how to win that kind of money if you don't put yourself to work. Just take action and do it.
Quite frankly, if I could pay ten times that amount to never have had to take up the gantlets of war, I would have gladly paid that and more. That, however, is not my choice. My choice is to fight for my family and for my God given stewardship.
There is no other option.
Team Law can help you with the
following materials:
A subscription to Team Law's standard Newsletter (when available);
