Senator Madsen

A lot of people have asked who I am, how I got into office and what kind of success we have had in office since I got here. Here are my answers to those questions:

I was born of great parents and grew learning from study and experience and though I am now a man with a growing family of my own, there is still far more to learn than we have discovered.  I know by revelation and experience that the King of Kings is my God and my King and I am His servant; therefore, I am your servant.  My responsibilities come first to my King, my wife and to my 6 wonderful children; thereafter, my purpose is to build up the Kingdom of Heaven on this earth and guide people home.

For nearly four years I served as the elected governor of the original jurisdiction Colorado.  Make sure you understand, I was not the governor of The State of Colorado; which is a private corporation (hereinafter "Corp. Colorado") owned by a foreign corporation known as, The United States Government (hereinafter "Corp. U.S."), which is itself outright owned by the International Monetary Fund.  I filled the office described in the "Constitution of Colorado", created under the "Enabling Act of Colorado", as: "Governor" of the republic State in the Union of States known as The United States of America.  From all evidences available to us I was the first governor to sit in a seat of government in this nation since 1968 (see history of this nation).

When I was elected, many of the common people of Colorado were not aware that Colorado's chief executive was re-seated.  Colorado's Constitution requires that a new Governor report to the Senate.  However, I had a problem, there was no original jurisdiction Senate seated in the State.  I contacted the then seated Corp. Colorado Senate and requested a meeting.  In that meeting I shared the history of our nation as it relates to Colorado government.  Then I asked the Senators if they thought they were running for State Senate or for Corp. Colorado's Senate when they ran for office.  The answer was, "State Senate".  I asked if they thought the people voting for them were voting for them as State Senators or as Corp. Colorado Senators.  They answered, "State Senators".  I said, "Then we will operate from the oldest foundation of man's law — intent.  And, I will announce to you that I am the newly elected Governor of Colorado making my report to the only Senate in the State according to the will of the people."  When I was through with that, Senator Charlie Duke said, "Well Governor Madsen, what would you have us do?"  I responded, "Obey the Law."  I continued, "I have no direct relation to your Senate, however there will come a time when we re-seat the government, entirely, then we will talk.  Until then I would hope you would continue to obey the law."  That time is close at hand, all that is left is to awaken the people.

We put a foundational trust called "Team Law" in charge of awakening the nation to the truth about government.  Team Law also provides people with a resource for understanding how to stand up for their rights at law.  For the last ten years we have been working to awaken the People to the truth about our nation's history and the identity of Corp. U.S.  We have been doing quite well as you can see by our web site www.teamlaw.org.  We have assisted in getting 37 original jurisdiction governors elected just as I was.

The path has not been an easy one.  We accomplished this task in part by responding to legal situations with the facts.  For example we recognized that people in this nation are sovereign and their rights are not limited.  In fact The Constitution of the United States of America secures those rights against government infringement.  We recognized that people have the God given inherent right to liberty.  That includes but is not limited to the right to take their property where they will without limitation (other than trespass against other private property).  For that reason I assisted people is securing allodial title plates for their cars.  I also issued Passports to people who proved they were naturally born in Colorado.  As Colorado's governor, I was subpoenaed by Corp. Colorado's courts to testify in several cases.  I so testified in most of those cases and refused the subpoena in one of the cases (on the ground that I am governor and not subject to the subpoena power of the court).  My position was never challenged by the Corp. Colorado's courts.  Corp. U.S. also never challenged my authority.  In one case, in Arapaho County (where I lived), after consistently loosing court cases to people we taught, the District Attorney and the Sheriff began a battle wherein they planned to stop us from using our rights as we had been.  The Sheriff got together with the Sheriffs from all of the counties surrounding Denver and went to Washington D.C. to supplicate for funds from Congress (we expect they took this measure so that they could do more surveillance and hire better attorneys).  They presented their story and all of the evidence they had (including: wire taps, court cases, allodial title car plates, passports, etc.) to Congress and asked for the funds to help fight what they called, "The Allodialists".  Congress took the matter very seriously and presented the scenario to the National Security Council as a potential national security risk.  The military joint chiefs (heads of the Security Council) responded, "What Governor Madsen is doing is legal, lawful, and correct, and, if they accomplish what they have set out to do, we will recognize that President of the United States as, the President of The United States of America, Commander in Chief of the Military and give him full military support."

This news was very pleasant to discover. We began spreading it over radio, the Internet and in training sessions all over the country.

With this news in hand we began the final phase of restoring our nation's government.  As Governor of Colorado, I recognized that there were no national Senators seated in the original jurisdiction national government's seats.  The Governors of the States are the ones responsible for seating vacant Senatorial seats.  I therefore appointed myself as the first Senator to be seated in the national government since 1913.  Filling that position caused me to have to step down from my position as Governor of Colorado.  My Lieutenant Governor, Bob Shell, replaced me as Governor of Colorado.  He also supported my appointment as one of Colorado's Senators to of the original jurisdiction Senate for The United States of America.  As the first Senator I automatically became the President of the Senate pro tempore.

We are continuing to do all we can to re-seat the original jurisdiction government.  As of the elections in 2002 there are 37 Governors seated throughout the nation and we are continuing our work to seat all of the States' original jurisdiction governors.  They will then appoint the national Senators into their seats, according to the National Constitution.  As President pro tempore of the Senate I will then call those Senators into special session for the purpose of re-seating the vacant seat of the President of the United States of America.  That election will then take place. At this time I am the most likely candidate to fill that position.  We are also working to once again get the Electoral College seated according to the laws of this land.  That takes awakening the people to the necessity of securing their land ownership by Land Patent and then getting them to be willing to accept the calling as Delegate.  We will continue to work at this until the job is done.  We welcome your support.

At this time I give my continued solemn support to the people of Colorado and to the people of The United States of America that I will serve you, with all of my heart, might, mind, and strength, even as I serve my Father in Heaven, and my family (though they must come first).  I will do all that I can to secure our nation and to return our national and State governments to serving the people (the rightful sovereigns of this nation). If I am appointed President of the United States of America, I will continue to do all I can to put our nation back on the Constitution for The United States of America.  I will also do all I can to make sure each and every officer of government affirms by solemn promise to uphold and abide by the Constitution of The United States of America, and that if any of them violate that promise they will be held personally accountable for that violation.

If I am so appointed, my first act will be to appoint at least 3 judges to the Supreme Court.  My second act will be to call the debt owed to our nation by Corp. U.S.  That debt is greater any possible to pay so the corporation with its assets will be seized (along with its owner) for failure to timely pay.  At the same time, I will announce my third act to put the nation back onto its monetary gold and silver standard.  We have sufficient silver and gold to back the entire Federal Reserve note system on a one-to-one basis with the true hard money system as set in our Constitution; that will give us the opportunity to replace what people currently hold in Federal Reserve Notes with real gold or silver coin or certificates representing the same (much like NORFED does today, without the exchange variance).  The next step would be to abolish the alleged state of emergency used to justify the ongoing nature of the Emergency War Powers Acts, the Trading with the Enemy Act and all personal and corporate income taxes.  IRS's own statistics show that at times they spent more funds collecting taxes than they collect, and the funds from taxes do not go to the nation or to Corp. U.S., they go to the IMF to pay the debt (which would be eliminated).  This nation does not need taxes to function.  In fact, current U.S. investments generate far more than our needs to cover all government expenses with an incredible surplus, which could even be dedicated for return to the people in the form of medical care, retirement benefits, etc.  Remember, as you have been dealing with Corp. U.S., all has not been what it seemed.

As soon as the national government receives all of the assets of Corp. U.S., we will return all of the corporations know as "The State of (X)", like Corp. Colorado to the original jurisdiction State governors as the property of those original jurisdiction States, under the control of those State Governors.  There is much more to come and I cannot share it all with you here.  I will say this though, what we are doing will eliminate all State taxes as well; there will simply be no need for them.

Some of this may seem a little drastic to people that have been unaware of what has been happening in our nation.  However, if we fail to do this, the powers that be in control the Fascistic Regime in power today will destroy our nation with economic collapse, famine, rebellion or war.  This may be our only choice to survive.
