“Terrorism in the United States”

The terrorist attacks against our nation on September 11, 2001 caused us all to take a second look at what’s going on in America.  As a result of the attacks, the U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act was passed on October 25, 2001.  The term, “Homeland Security”, was adopted to idealize the programs passed in the Act; that term was adopted from Adolf Hitler’s institution of his “State Security” police — the “SS”.  In spite of its title the Act has nothing to do with patriotism, rather it ignores our Constitution and invites official attacks against the private people of this nation as if they were the enemies of the state.  In fact, within a year of its passage, ‘over 100 local and state governments called for the repeal of the USA PATRIOT Act recognizing it as unlawful and forbidding its operation in their jurisdictions.’
Still, according to Congress, by July of 2002, Homeland Security already cost the United States over $60 Billion and that is not considering its annual cost since then or the incredible cost of the War on Terrorism, especially in Afghanistan and Iraq.  Each one of us feels the effect of these costs at least each time we fill our gas tanks; and we see it at each intersection we come to with the street cameras watching your progress.  In the name of security from terror, the real victim of this terrorism is our privacy and the security of our Constitution.  In fact if you use Congress’ own definition of a terrorist organization, the United States Government more accurately qualifies than any other organization in our nation; when you expand the United States Government’s activities to a world view, under that same definition, it is the worlds largest terrorist.  Regarding our security and the state of the nation, even the news media is asking the question:
