Never in the history of our country has there been a time when the people individually had a greater opportunity to affect changes.  The internet and other communication systems are awakening the ability for people that never before had the ability to get their voices heard.  The effect of such voices can be incredible.  Considering the dangers we face in losing our Liberty to ungodly rulers and oppression, it has never been more important for the people to individually discover who they are, perfect their relationship with our Creator and make a lawful stand against tyranny.  If we follow that pattern we can proceed with joy in our hearts knowing we have the support of the King of Kings.  This year, it will be critical to secure the right of electing officials by eliminating computerized election systems that can be programmed to give programmed election results in spite of the voice of the voters.  To accomplish this you must learn about the issue and stand up to be counted.  When you want to learn more, check out our Open Forum System.

Today’s media is full of hype regarding presidential elections:
“So, Who will be our next President and
How will we elect Them?”

On September 18, 1787, as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the meeting, at the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia where our Constitutional Republic was formed, Mrs. Powel directly asked him, “Well, Doctor, what have we got?  A republic or a monarchy?”  Mr. Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

His response has never been more important than today.
Can we keep it? 

Of course, that depends on us.  We can if we are willing to learn how our Republic works by learning our history and the law.  Benjamin Franklin’s response was pointed to us meaning, we could only keep it if we learn how to control it.  In other words, if we learn the law and how to apply it we can control our government and keep our Constitutional Republic.  However, time has passed and our Constitution is hanging by a thread.  The time has come when we have no other choice, we must learn the law and how to apply it or we will surely lose it all.  Team Law has proven that learning the law is way easier than most people think.  That is exactly why Team Law was formed, to help people easily learn the law and how to apply it to save our Constitutional Republic.  To that end, we do everything we do.  The most difficult part of learning the law correctly is forgetting what we think we know that is not correct.

Years ago, everyone knew the world was flat; it was common knowledge proven by science and substantiated by the law and the church.  Anyone contesting that theology, was either imprisoned or killed as a Heretic.  Then, the truth was irrefutably discovered—the world is round.

So it is with Law, we think things are required by law because that’s what we were told.  We believe officers of government follow the law because they are in office; but, do we (or they) know what is required of them in office?  Do we hold them accountable to the law while they are in office?  Do we even know how?  We must go back and learn our history and our law—it is the only way to save our Constitution and our Republic.

The United States of America was formed “of the people, by the people and for the people”, designed as a Constitutional Republic with recognition that God created mankind in His own image and likeness granting man dominion, agency and possession (i.e. sovereignty), commanding man to “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it.” Genesis 1:28   Since that time, man seems to have forgotten both that Law and what a Republic is.  All too often we hear the media drum beat of, “this Democracy”.  Our government is not a Democracy!  People ask, “Why would our government promote such a thing if it were not true?”  To understand the answer to that question you must know who or what “our government” is.  You might also gain some insight by asking yourself, “Are they vendors selling a story to maintain control over the people (over you)?”

“By their fruits ye shall know them.” Matthew 7:20

Since W.W.II those “fruits” have increasingly become evident of a dictatorial government controlled business, which is the very definition of Fascism.  Could we have possibly won the battle but lost the war?  History shows, in 1944, under political pressure to turn the tides of the war, the corporation known as the, “United States Government” was quitclaimed to the International Monetary Fund (hereinafter "IMF") in the Bretton Woods Agreement.  When our soldiers came home victorious, they did not recognize ‘the New Deal’ government control as Fascism because when they fought it in Europe, it had the face of soldiers with uniforms, airplanes, tanks, grenades and guns.  The patriotic environment of victory made the sacrifices to achieve it seem like the ‘The New Deal’ was necessary.  After all, government control provided jobs and a new way of living for their families, though the silent enemy (IMF) had replaced our Constitutional Republic with apparent Fascism, which the people allowed because they knew no better and because (in a time of need) it provided them the idea of job security with future Social Security support.  This is where Myth 22 on our Patriot Mythology page comes in.

It used to be, a father could provide for his family from his own labor and the mother could stay home and nurture the growing family.  Back then, Myth 22 was not in place; only 30% to 40% of the population needed employment.  Mothers could stay home nurturing and taking care of their family’s needs—they had time to prepare fresh nutritious food for mealtime, when the family was always home together.  Children went to school and didn’t have to work outside of the home to have sufficient funds to buy their clothes, schoolbooks, etc.  And, most importantly, government had no right to control the people; rather, the people and the law of the Republic controlled the government.

Today, we approach 100% employment and politicians act like it is a good thing.  What it means to most families is, everyone in the home that can work for wages outside of the home must do so to be able to afford the necessities of education and family life.  Ironically, such employment (and the education provided) separates the family and has the tendency to destroy families and family life in many ways, not the least of which is the family’s focus is twisted towards the workplace, where people develop alternate relationships conventionally reserved to family life leaving little time for actual family life.  The result of this trend is divorce and destruction of the family unit and value based parental examples.

Today, more than 50% of what a worker earns goes to pay for “government control” as if the funds were going to our government, even though in reality what may appear to be our government is a private foreign corporation owned and controlled by the IMF; we call it Corp. U.S. and for most people it has taken our government’s place, all because we let it; again, see Myth 22.  Within that frame, VoteScam elected officials take office, incite unlawful changes in government, wage war against our own people and abroad resulting in gasoline prices quadrupling, which causes the cost of everything else to skyrocket making our economy impossible to sustain.

To support Corp. U.S. we sacrifice our family life, our liberty, our health and our peace.

For many years now, the media has reported our country is under the attack of terrorists.  The most tragic of all of these terrorist attacks took place on September 11, 2001.  A congressional report was generated looking into the events of that fateful day.  It ignores the facts and presents an impossible review.  The irrefutable facts contradict the government promoted media story and raise many questions.  After each attack, what happens?  Allegedly necessary legislation is unconstitutionally passed, further restricting the freedoms our Constitutional Republic would secure to the people, but our Constitution hangs by a thread (because the people do not know the law); and those in power would cut that thread if we allow it—none of us want to believe it, but anyone that looks at the facts at least has to admit the evidence indicates this is true.

What is happening?  We have forgotten our history, our law and how to control government.  We don’t even know how our elections work and foolishly allow computer programmers to dictate the outcome of our electoral process.  We have allowed the Electoral College to be perverted until it is merely the unrecognizable rubber stamp of VoteScam.  Our situation will not improve until the people awaken from their sleep to discover the truth, repent and take our nation back with proper knowledge and application of law.  There are only two ways to do this:

1. We can elect officials in the corporate United States government that honor God, will restore Law and will return the corporate United States government to its original jurisdiction; or,
   
2. We can legally and lawfully reseat the original jurisdiction government of the United States of America in accord with its Constitution.

The first option is the only one most people have any idea of.  It is the reason for all of the media hype that surrounds election years.  This year all the hype is about the Primary Elections where the Democrat and Republican parties will elect their respective candidate for the General Elections.  The candidates track records should prove their hearts, but the truth is rarely in those track records when the spin doctors and the pay off's are done.  Among the candidates running we have seen very few candidates that have demonstrated both a love of God and an understanding of our Constitution; Ron Paul is the only candidate that has stayed with such a campaign.  Statistics show he was one of the people’s front running choices for the office but the apparent media blackout of his coverage simply would not allow him to prevail (go figure).  Our hope would have been that both the Democrats and the Republicans could have had such candidates and that they both won their primary elections.  The voters in such an election would be choosing between the two positive choices.  Now that would have been a choice worth having and its result could have had the potential for saving our country.

On the other hand, if you want to secure the quickest destruction of our remaining liberties and our country, do nothing to eliminate VoteScam and or vote for Hillary Clinton.  The most interesting pattern we have heard of at this time has been the abundance of registered Republicans voters that are changing their registrations for the simple fact that they can then put in a vote against Billary by voting for Obama (with no regard for him either) just to do their all to make sure she does not win the Democrat’s Primary election. After the primary elections their registered affiliation makes little difference because they are then free to vote for the candidate of their choice (even if they do not return their party affiliation of record back to the party of their choice.  We were impressed by the thought process and wish them luck.  We still say the key to the elections is, you must do all you can to make sure the election is not computer controlled.  If it is, then VoteScam will seal the election regardless of how the voters cast their ballots.

So the danger today is, VoteScam is alive and well and unless it is stopped before the elections this year, we will likely see the outcome of that election controlled by select computer programmers and not by the voters.

That is the doom and gloom side of the story and Team Law is about solutions, so, here is the solution:

Right now you have got to decide to stop it;
start learning our history and the law;

When we say, “eliminate any need for taxation”, we are not referring to any scheme for any cause that would use any means to fail to pay any lawful obligation to any taxing agency.  We are saying, if you do not know the law you cannot obey, honor, sustain or comply with it; taxes are no exception!  So, we must learn the law — when we learn the law and hold our governments accountable to the laws the founding fathers of this nation secured in this Constitutional Republic, there is no need for income, sales or property taxes at all.  Our experience shows, when people learn the law and live accordingly, they generally incur no tax debts even according to the laws, rules and regulations controlling tax collecting agencies in our nation today.
